Lighthouse Apartments

I recently toured a one bedroom apartment at Lighthouse and had a great experience! My tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment I toured was nice and orderly. All of my questions were answered by staff. We toured not only the apartment but some of the grounds. It was nice to see the rest of the community to get a feel for who my neighbors are and what it’s truly like to live there! It’s a huge benefit to have management on sight.

Abigail was awesome. She took us in on a super short notice, we just walked in and she made time for us to view and tour the whole complex on top of showing us a model unit. She then discussed all of our options, got us a great deal, and made our lives great! Can’t wait to make this our home later this month. The whole vibe was very community oriented, I saw residents walk in just to say hi to the office staff… that doesn’t happen but it does happen here. - This review is for the whole leasing experience with the manage, the complex, and apartment itself. Living experience will be updated in about 6 months!

Living here has been a really nice experience! Mind you this place has minor issues (in the units or on the property) but they get fixed as quickly as possible (you need to report them to maintenance if you see an issue) and rarely ever go unfixed. Overall, Abigail and Italia have been amazing in terms of being there for me when I was going through a difficult time in my life. They were so understanding and gave me resources to find help and came up with plan on how to move forward! 🥹 Maintenance do their jobs as quick as possible and almost always fix the issue plus they are friendly 😄. I’m forgetting the name of the newest office person but she is always very kind as well! She gives my dogs treats every time we come in 🥰. The community is a safe little bubble community that has provided a great place for my dog and I to live! Oh and the residents have all been lovely and welcoming to the point where there are a few that are friends of mine now! I appreciate this place being the first place settled down here in Seattle! Not sure what will happen upon move out but fingers crossed 🤞 things go smoothly! Also, I’m not moving because I want to; I have to unfortunately 🥲

Don't walk... RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! When I lived here I was applaud at the way they kicked out every elderly person and "people" that didn't fit their new look. We had 11 broken pipes in 3 years. Every one in our grouping were always fighting this. They did nothing to help us as our apartments were filing up with water. We are required to carry insurance when we moved in.. we were told to use the insurance to get our things replaced. We nearly lost everything. We has a leak from our upstairs burst while at work and the water was pouring through the ceiling lights , stairs, and when i got home i called maintenance and it took 4 hours for the maintenance manager Richard to show up. 100% useless, he brought a vacuum and told me to get the water. I said no, im packing for the hotel and i will be watching from my laptop. NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY. HE ACTED LIKE I WAS PUTTING HIM OUT... We were told by our insurance company that thrive was libel but they refused to even return a phone call. This happened every single time a pipe broke. We were building a house that took forever to finish . But I would rather live in my car then give them a dime. DON'T WALK RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Lighthouse has gorgeous apartments and we were so excited to move in - unfortunately things took a turn with management and we ended up backing based on their behavior. Like other reviewers have mentioned, we visited multiple times (and toured) and paid our deposit and it took multiple weeks to receive a correct lease from management. Be aware that once you send your deposit/admin fees/pet fees etc (anything before actually signing a lease) you'll likely receive no communication (never get a lease) and definitely won't see a penny of that money back. TLDR; management communication is horrendous and I'm so glad we didn't move in.

First I would like to say, I do not live here, but my daughter and grandchildren do. I have been disgusted with the management letting all of the neighbors illegally recording my daughter and grandchildren. in Washington state, by law you have to have permission to do so, according to RCW 65.08. They are even mentioning evection based on an illegal recording by a neighbor. And answer me this, why is the Fed Ex employee filming? do you not like your job? No I am not crazy I am a retired police officer.
